You are hereby notified of the following public hearings to be held at 7:00 p.m. on August 27, 2003, at the Deering Town Hall:
Case Number 03-02 regarding an appeal of a denial of a building permit by Gregory E. & Joan L. Johnson or, in the alternative, a request for a variance from paragraph 2.7 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit construction of a single-family residence on property located near Sky Farm Road, Deering, New Hampshire (new tax map lot no. 241/11; old tax map lot no. 2-530), in the Residential/Agricultural
District.
Case Number 03-03 regarding an appeal of a denial of a building permit by Keith & Donna Johnson or, in the alternative, a request for a variance from paragraph 2.7 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit construction of a single-family residence on property located at 201 Deering Center Road, Deering, New Hampshire (new tax map lot no. 209/71; old tax map lot no. 11-613), in the Residential/Agricultural District.
Case Number 03-04 regarding a request by Arthur Ducharme for a special exception pursuant to paragraph 10.14 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit construction of a landing and stairway to be attached to an existing deck on property located at 36 Zoski Road, Deering, New Hampshire (new tax map lot no. 229/18; old tax map lot no. 5-131), in the Shoreland Protection District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and, if your land will be directly affected by the proposal under consideration, state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
