You are hereby notified of a public hearing to be held at 7:30 p.m. on September 24, 2003, at the Deering Town Hall regarding a request by Bernard H. & Rita F. Marion for a variance from Paragraph 10.10 b of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit creation of a new lot having less than 150 feet of frontage on Deering Reservoir on property located at 5 Barnes Road, Deering, New Hampshire (new tax map lot no. 228/31; old tax map lot 5-686), in the Shoreland Protection District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and, if your land will be directly affected by the proposal under consideration, state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
