You are hereby notified of a public hearing to be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 25, 2008, at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH 03244, regarding a request by Kathleen & Michael Terpstra for variances from Article 4, Sections 4.10 c and 5.8 c of the Deering Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a stairway to improve access to Deering Reservoir on property located at 258 Reservoir Road, Deering, New Hampshire (Lot No. 235/32), in the Shoreland Protection District and the Watershed Protection Overlay Zone.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and, if your land will be directly affected by the proposal under consideration, state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
