First order of Business :
1. Review of the survey map of the McAlister Property on the Second NH Turnpike , West Deering done by Mr. Todd. Size 1/200. Specific parcels are set aside for the Home place, The Christensen's, C. McAlister and 2A are set aside east of the road for a house lot. The acreage of the former railroad line has been excluded from the total. In the walk of the property lines as defined by the deeds, Mr Todd found some physical encroachments onto the McAlister property from adjacent lots. In his walk of the property, Mr. Todd found the far east line not well defined. The NE corner ends at a bluff on Hedgehog mountain.
In the search of the deeds to the property - there is a conflict and ambiguity in the deeds. Thirty nine acres - land between the well established eastern fence line and Hedgehog mountain - have to be further investigated by examination of deeds of the neighboring properties and talking with the owners of these properties. Chm. Cobbett will talk with the present owners of the neighboring east line properties regarding their deeds etc.
Copies of the survey were received .
