Subject: Monthly Report
This month’s report will cover the period from 1 November to 30 November 2008. The Deering Fire and Rescue responded to 21calls during the month.
Five of our members completed their FFII class on November 24th. Captain Jim Tramontozzi, Lieutenant Rene Boyer, FF Rhett Darner, FF Mark Voorhees, and FF James Wilcoxen will receive their certificates on December 10th at their graduation ceremony which will to be held at the New Hampshire Fire Academy. The program begins at 6:30 PM.
All of the apparatus is presently in service without any down time in November.
Scheduling conflicts once again postponed our CPR training which we have rescheduled for January. In place of CPR we reviewed the locations of roads and water sources and performed driver training.
The antique apparatus, Engine 84, has been returned to the Donovan Station where it is housed behind Tanker Two. The Fire & Rescue Association hopes to begin a restoration project on this vehicle during the Winter months.
The Fire and Rescue Call Summary and Apparatus Report for the month of November are attached.
Respectfully Submitted,
