The Planning Board is responsible for the overall planning and future development of the Town. From approval of subdivision, and site plans to the updating of the Master Plan, the subdivision regulations, and the zoning ordnance. The Planning Board also oversees the capital improvement program (CIP)
Currently, the Planning Board is working on updating the Master Plan.
