BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, TOWN OF DEERING, NEW HAMPSHIRE
You are hereby notified of a public hearing to be held at 7:00 p.m. on August 25, 2004, at the Deering Town Hall regarding a request by Patrick J. Guiney for an equitable waiver
of dimensional requirements imposed by paragraph 10.14 a of the Deering Zoning Ordinance in order to permit completion of a closed porch on property located at 78 Zoski Road, Deering, New Hampshire (Lot No. 234/16), in the Shoreland Protection District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and, if your land will be directly affected by the proposal under consideration, state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
