Permits
- Major Building Permit - To apply for: Construction of a new residence or business.
- Minor Building Permit - To apply for: Additions, Renovations, and Solar Arrays. Also for construction of a garage, porch, deck, shed, pool, etc.
Sub Permits
- Demolition - To apply for: Demolition projects
- Driveway - To apply for: Construction of a driveway/entryway to the property.
- Electrical - To apply for: Electrical work during renovation, updating wiring, new construction, etc. Also to be used for Solar Array fixtures.
- Gas - To apply for: Running new gas lines, replacing gas tanks, etc.
- Mechanical / HVAC - To apply for: Furnace work, HVAC system installs, etc.
- Plumbing - To apply for: Plumbing work during renovation, updating pipes, new construction, etc.
- Pool - To apply for: Above ground or In-ground pool construction.
- Septic - Also available at the Town Hall
- Sign - To apply for: Construction of a sign on property
