Cemetery Trustees

The Deering Cemetery Trustees oversee the general maintenance of Deering town cemeteries including grounds keeping, stonework, tree work, fence repairs; and the sale of plots. Maintenance of Cemeteries in Deering is contracted by town with private landscape companies.

Currently, only East Deering Cemetery and Wilkins Cemetery have space for burial. All plot sales have perpetual care and four corner markers as part of the sale. Burials are handled by Holt Woodbury Funeral Home.
