NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Notice is hereby given that on March 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH 03244, the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing regarding a request by Robert and Linda Carter, Trustees, Carter Family Revocable Trust, for a variance from Section 4.4.10 (e) of the Deering Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a garage resulting in 24% parcel coverage by impervious materials, whereas 20% parcel coverage by impervious materials is the maximum allowed, on the property located at 211 Lake Shore Road, Tax Map 228, Lot 068.
