DEERING PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that the Deering Planning Board will review the following submitted application(s) for completeness on June 8th, 2022, at a meeting beginning at 7:00 PM at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH.  If the application(s) are accepted as complete by the Board, a public hearing will follow immediately after. Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed.

The following application(s) have been submitted for review and public hearing by the Planning Board:

1.      Lot Line Adjustment Application. Robin Hill Real Estate holdings, LLC and Nancy Donovan Revocable Trust. Map 233, Lots 6 and 7, and 63 and 70 Donovan Road in the Agricultural/Residential Zone. The applicants seek to adjust the lot line between both properties and transfer approximately 12.6 acres between the lots.

The agenda for the meeting will be posted per RSA 91-A:2.  Refer to the agenda for a listing of other items before the Board, including applications and public hearings that were continued from previous meetings which may be heard prior to the above applications.
