PUBLIC NOTICE: SUPERVISORS OF THE CHECKLIST

TOWN OF DEERING PUBLIC NOTICE

Supervisors of the Deering Checklist will be in session Saturday, February 26 at the Deering Town Hall on the 2nd floor from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of updating/correcting the checklist in preparation for the upcoming Town Election, Tuesday, March 8 from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. NO REGISTRATIONS SHALL BE MADE AFTER THIS SESSION UNTIL ELECTION DAY.

Besides registering during this session, you may also register with the Town Clerk’s office.  All new voters MUST present:

  1.  Photo ID
  2.  Proof of Citizenship – birth certificate or passport
  3.  Naturalization papers that shows day, date, city and year naturalized
  4.  Proof of Deering residence – proof that has street/road address NOT A PO BOX i.e. car reg. utility bill, etc.
