On Saturday March 09, 2024, among family, and friends, Officer Garrett Anctil was promoted by Chief Philibert to the rank of Corporal.
Corporal Anctil began his career in law enforcement with the Henniker Police Department in 2016 before joining the Deering Police in 2022.
Also, in attendance where Chief French, Lt. Dandeneau and Sgt. Mitchell of the Henniker Police Department as well as Chief Richards and members of the Deering Fire and Rescue Department.
