PRE-PROCESSING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS
at Deering Town Hall 762 Deering Center Rd
November 2, 2020 at 9:00am
The Town Moderator, assisted by three (3) election officials, will be pre-processing absentee ballots for the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, per NH Secretary of State Guidelines. Process description:
- Voter name is called
- Outer envelope opened to confirm affidavit envelope is signed
- Voter name is highligted on checklist
NO BALLOTS WILL BE CAST OR COUNTED AT THIS TIME - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR OBSERVATION (masks are required)
