The Deering Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session, Tuesday, January 19th from 7:00 -7:30 p.m. at the Deering Town Hall for the purpose of making additions/corrections or taking new registrations to the checklist prior to the Town Election Day, Tuesday, March 9th. New voters can register before the election at the Deering Town Clerk’s office or during this session. Because the Town Hall is closed, you need to make an appointment with the Town Clerk or arrive during the aforementioned hours.  Come prepared with a photo ID, proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate or naturalization papers) and proof of residency (bill, car registration, pay stub, etc.) People may register and vote the day of the election, but it would be more convenient for everyone, if you register prior to Mach 9th.
