Town Hall Roof Request for Bids

The Town of Deering is soliciting bids from qualified companies interested in roofing the historic town hall. There are an estimated 18 squares. Repair roof where necessary. Move four roof vents from south to north side of roof. Shingles should be 30-year life span with guarantee. Certified installer. Proof of insurance required. Please provide at least three references. Interested parties are encouraged to schedule a site visit to the Town Office building. Contact Town Administrator via email – administrator@deering.nh.us, submission deadline is May 7th, 2020.
