NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Notice is hereby given that on February 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH 03244, the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing:
Regarding a request by John Priesing, Jr., Emily Verbeck, Susan F. Culver, Trustee of the Susan F. Culver Declaration of Trust u/d/t September 26, 2001, Elizabeth Foster, Michael Foster, and John L. Riley, for a variance from Section 4.1.1 and Section 4.4.10 (c) of the Deering Zoning Ordinance, to authorize the addition of an open porch and deck and the installation of drip edge within the 50 foot setback, placement of stepping stones within the 50 foot setback, and allow the construction of accessory residential structures on less than 8 acres on the property located at 745 White Gate Road, Tax Map 235, Lot 20.
