Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH 03244, the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing regarding an request by Greg Sereni for a Special Exception according to Section 4.1.4 (c) of the Deering Zoning Ordinance to permit a pole barn set back 29 feet from the rear lot line, whereas 40 feet is required, on the property located at 22 Cake Road, Tax Map 226, Lot 002.
