NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Notice is hereby given that that on October 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH 03244, the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing regarding an request by Robert and Linda Carter, Trustees, Carter Family Revocable Trust, for a variance from Section 4.1.4 (a) of the Deering Zoning Ordinance to permit a garage set back 21 feet from a right-of-way, whereas 50 feet is required, on the property located at 211 Lake Shore Road, Tax Map 228, Lot 068.
