NOTICE OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that the Deering Planning Board will review the following submitted application(s) for completeness on Wednesday December 14, 2022, at a meeting beginning at 7:00 PM at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering Center Road, Deering, NH. If the application(s) are accepted as complete by the Board, a public hearing will follow immediately after.
Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed.
The following application(s) have been submitted for review and public hearing by the Planning Board:
- Subdivision Application. Deborah BEIDEMAN. Map 217 Lot 034 located at 61 TUBBS HILL RD, Deering NH , in the Residential zone. The applicant seeks to subdivide a 4.01 acre parcel from the original parcel Map 217 Lot 034 which is currently 50 acres.
The agenda for the meeting will be posted per RSA 91-A:2. Refer to the agenda for a listing of other items before the Board, including applications and public hearings that were continued from previous meetins which may be heard prior to the above applications.
