  1. Review monthly Bank statements
  2. Fund withdrawals if available
  3. Fund Deposits
  4. Signatures of members to TD Bank

New Business:

  1. Prepare documents from the bank statements for the State and the Town report.
  2. Appoint an interim Chairman until the Town Elections in March
  3. Access to State information needed for portal
